Your money RESET

Have you ever wondered why money feels like a constant source of stress—or why no matter how much you earn, it never feels like enough? The answer often lies in your money mindset.

Without even realizing it, your beliefs about money—shaped by childhood experiences, society, and habits—can hold you back. But the good news? You have the power to change these beliefs and create a healthier relationship with your finances.

It all starts with awareness.

Join me for this weeks’ reset, where we’ll explore the patterns that are driving your financial behavior so that you gain clarity, confidence, and control over your finances:

  • 1. What are your earliest memories related to money?

Describe how money was talked about or handled in your household growing up. How do you think these experiences shaped your current relationship with money?

    2. What words or emotions come to mind when you think of money?

Take a moment to describe your immediate feelings or reactions. Are they positive or negative? Where do you think these emotions stem from?

    3. What is your current money mindset?

Write down any beliefs you hold about money, such as “Money is hard to come by” or “I’ll never have enough.” Are these beliefs helping or hurting you?

    4. What patterns do you notice in your financial habits?

Do you tend to save or spend impulsively? Do you avoid looking at your finances, or are you very detailed and anxious? What do you think drives these behaviors?

    5. What did you learn from the people around you about money?

Reflect on how your parents, guardians, or role models viewed and handled money. Do you share their beliefs, or have you rebelled against them? How has this influenced your current financial decisions?

    6. When was a time you felt proud of how you handled money?

Reflect on a moment when you made a financial decision that aligned with your goals or values. What did you do, and how did it make you feel?

    7. What are your biggest financial fears?

Write about any fears or anxieties you have about money. Where do these fears come from, and how do they impact your day-to-day decisions?

    8. What financial beliefs do you want to challenge or change?

Identify a belief about money that’s holding you back. How can you begin to shift or reframe this belief in a way that supports your financial growth?

    9. What would financial freedom look like for you?

Envision what a healthy and abundant relationship with money would feel like. How would your life be different if you had complete confidence and control over your financial decisions?

    10. What steps can you take to shift your money mindset?

Now that you’ve reflected on your beliefs and patterns, list out a few actionable steps you can take to change your financial habits and mindset going forward.

I hope you found some useful insights. Remember, your relationship with money is a lifelong journey, and every step you take toward greater awareness and control is progress. If Something has come up for you and you’d like to work through it, you can apply for 1:1 coaching with me anytime.
