Upon subscribing, you gain unlimited access to my entire library of yoga and meditation content. You can stream classes and sessions from any device with an internet connection. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

The membership includes access to yoga videos, meditations, coaching lessons and journal prompts curated by me.

There is a growing library of yoga videos, journal prompts and meditation audios, featuring weekly releases. You also have access to weekly coaching audios and journal prompts.

Yes, you will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks are also optional, but not required.

Currently, my service operates on an online streaming model, so an internet connection is required to access the content. However, I am actively exploring options for offline access in the future.

Unfortunately there isn’t currently a free trial available, but I host quarterly FREE resets where you can get an insight into how I work, as well as the kind of content you can expect.

There is no previous experience required. All you need to do is bring yourself and an open mind.

In both cases I recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine. If you have specific concerns, you can reach out to me and I can guide you to classes that best suit your needs.
