Do I tend to dominate conversations?
Do I use my words to hurt others or to try to empower them?
Do I live my “truth”?
What unfinished communication might be creating obstacles in my life?
What would life look like if I wasn't afraid to express myself?
Write down 1 sentence you need to hear, then say It out loud.

Am I feeling insecure about something right now? If so, what am I feeling insecure about?
Am I feeling grief, or sorrow? If so what is it about?
Am I feeling unworthy of something? If it were a friend feeling this, what would I tell them?

Am I feeling lonely?
Am I feeling shame or hurt about something? If so, write it down.
Are there any emotions I am having trouble to express right now? If so, name them.
What practices can I incorporate into my life to show myself more compassion, empathy, and self-acceptance?

Am I feeling jealousy towards someone? Jealousy isn’t a negative emotion, it can actually help us identify what it is we want for our lives. Write it down what it is about the person that you are jealous about.
Maybe I am feeling resentment towards someone. If so, who? And why? Write it down.

What is my inner critic saying, or what am saying to myself about myself?
Am I willing to accept the good things that happen to you in my life, or do I think they are “coincidences”? Write it down.
Am I able to accept? Am I ready to receive?

What is a big event that has happened lately that I haven’t had time to process?
What BIG emotions am I keeping bottled in right now? Maybe it is grief, nerves, excitement… take 3 deep belly breaths. Then write them down.

or am I feeling stuck? Like there is something in me that doesn’t want me to move forward?
Write it down. If you are feeling emotionally unsupported right now, think of someone you can reach out to today & tell them how you are feeling.
