HIPS & SHOULDERS RESET (20 MIN)

- how did your parents talk about food and their bodies (or yours) when you were growing up? What was their relationship with food / body like?
- what media, celebrities or influencers make you feel guilt, shame or not “good” about your body?
- what was the atitude of your first partner towards your body & food?
- what do you judge in other people? What is the first thing you pay attention to? How do you feel about that part in yourself?
- What mindset or beliefs around food / body have you adopted from your social circles?
- What content /series do you consume that you feel shape your reality around what a body should look like?
- Do you remember any comments from family friends or relatives made when you were young that still stick with you today? Write them down.
- Why do you move your body? a) are you chasing an ideal body type? or b) are you moving because you want to love and strengthen your body? how can you shift from a to b?
- Who are the friends that you are certain will love and support you no matter what? Who can you be 100% yourself with?
- make a list of “good” & “bad” foods in terms of how they’ll make you look. Are you missing any foods that will make you FEEL good? strong? happy? nourished? satiated? add them to the “good” list.
- make a list of the media / accounts you consume that do not support a healthy, happy body…and then unfollow.
- what do you bring to this world that doesn’t rely on your outside appearance?
